Crashes with certain trains

Openbve crashes when attempting to load R40/R40M/R42 from here

Log says something weird, apparently it treats b3d as non-static objects?

It's empty objects.
They're a mess at the best of times, and now *really* giving me a headache
Seriously need a 'proper' way to implement an empty state / railtype etc as opposed to this.......

This all started, as I got a request to get Object Viewer to launch Route Viewer and vice-versa if a route / object was opened from explorer....

That's easy enough, but we therefore need to know that something isn't an object / route, in order to try the other application if it thinks it can open it instead. Doing this has unfortunately revealed *far* too many places which fall over nastily


The animated error is misleading, and will get that fixed too.
Just waiting for the 2gb download to finish (that seriously needs slimming down too...) so I can test that there's nothing else in there before pushing a fix.

Thanks, and I'll let the dev behind them know. These models are somewhat old by our standards though, so bloaty approaches with lots of repetitive files are already in the past

Opening routes/objects directly from Explorer is really neat, and there's a need for no-object elements too. Feels stupid to create dummy files
