Speed Limit notifications wouldn't appear on Arcade Driving Mode

Hello, I'm new here as you can tell, so I'm sorry if this is an infamous issue
Anyways, whenever I play Arcade mode, the speed limit notification would just be stuck up there half-dropped. But if I were to play in Normal mode, it would drop down normally. Oh and, if I pause the sim, it would drop down normally, but unpausing would just send it back to a half-dropped position. It wouldn't be a problem if it's still somewhat readable, but most of the time, it isn't. Does anyone know why?

RAM: 2048 MB
GPU: Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset
Screen Resolution: 1366*768
