Portal - Question Empty Portal - Question

Hello guys,
I thought it would probably be the best idea to put this question out to you, the users. Please select one of the options with a brief comment.
Do you think the Portal is a necessity for the forum?
1. Yes, I would like to keep it with the same/similar functionality it had.
2. I would like to keep it, but with different functions. (which functions then?)
3. I don't need it at all.

We are only talking about the page with the login on it. The Knowledge base and the Links will be kept.

It looks fine as you have it now, with the useful websites on display.
I think the "latest topics" column is useful when you open the site and I'm glad you kept it there.
