error with train.dat file
I'm getting an error reported on loading:
Everything seems to work, but I don't understand what parameter in the train dat I should change to clear the error?? I've attached a zipped up copy of the train dat file
DriverCar must point to an existing car in C:\Trainsim2016\Train\201_IE\207_lightloco\train.dat

Re: error with train.dat file
Your attached train.dat file is set to have a single car. [The #CAR section defines 1 motor car & 0 trailer cars]
In your #COCKPIT section, the 4th line is the zero-based index of the driver's car.
This is set to 1 , which will place the cab in the second car of the train.
Your train only has a single car, hence the error message
The corrected #COCKPIT section:
Without going away and downloading the rest of the IE 201's, I'd suspect they've all probably got this error.
If you correct this for these, be aware that the cab will effectively be 24.6m further forwards along Rail 0, and that your stop markers should therefore be adjusted accordingly.

- Code:

-700
2750

Re: error with train.dat file
Thanks, Chris. I'm in the process of upgrading all the 201 class externals just now so it's a perfect chance to weed out any errors.
