The parameter not valid occurs if you haven't set up your openbve options properly.
I did say in the manual what to do about that.

As for the overcast missing file, I must have forgotten to add that. I will rectify it.

To work properly, the route file "Ealing Broadway - Liverpool Street central line.csv", downloaded 5 minutes ago, needs:
3 objects and 6 additional textures from Network West Midlands route (files missing in the objects folders).

They are:
NWM_Open\engineeringwork\NR Transit.csv
NWM_Open\sdg\mercclksi.csv
NWM_Open\sdg\mercclksi_r.csv
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\Mk3_Mast2_3D.png
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\id_plate_2.png
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\Mk3_Mast_Label_2.png
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\Mk3_Mast_Label_1.png
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\Concrete1.png
NWM_Open\DAH\Gantries\Concrete1.png

However, great work! Very Happy

Thanks for that. It seems I had one object hidden somewhere that was linking to the folder.

I have now rectified that.

If anyone else has downloaded it and found the same errors, please re-download it again.
I'm sorry about this. As I, my co author, and my tester already had nwm installed, these errors have only just been found out.

Can I just ask anyone that has downloaded this to redownload the object folder. I uploaded more than I needed to and i've now trimmed the file size.

It is advisable to be running it in at least 1.4.3, as for the freezing I think the problem is down to the interpolation settings as I said in the manual.

Try changing those and it should solve the problem.

I'm glad you are enjoying it. Smile

I'm afraid i'm not sure what is causing that. My tester had the same problem until he installed 1.4.3 and changed the interpolation settings.

If this doesn't work on yours i'm unsure what to suggest.

Central Line Openbve Technical Problems Empty Central Line stock 1992 lights

Post by vpodhola Sun Nov 16, 2014 7:22 pm

I have found that the front of the train 1992 has red lights and the end of the train white lights. I am not sure but I think that it could be a mistake. Nevertheless the route and train is perfect! Hi! Podhola

What should happen is that when you turn the train on, the lights will change from red to white. It is like that in real life too.

If all objects were placed in the right place you shouldn't have any errors.

Aside from the installation instructions have you bothered to read the manual?

For the sake that we don't run into too many topics relating to the same route please keep relative technical questions in the Central Line Techincal Problems topic. The developer does regularly check so your post will not be missed.

Thanks.

Yes, I've read the manual. I have an adequate amount of RAM and my anti-virus hasn't removed any of the files at all (this was the first thing I did before asking the question as I didn't want to waste your time), no matter, i'll figure it out. Its obviously an issue at my end.

Thanks anyway,

Steve

Forgive me, it's just a lot of people don't seem to do so.

Perhaps you could try changing some of the options not just my suggested interpolation.

Hi Steve, Just to double check, is your file path the same as this? (Starting from the OpenBVE Directory)

Openbve/Railway/Object/Central Line/

If it is anything different to the above, could you screenshot your problem.

Thanks,

Ah yes good point. The file directory has now changed which is why I said it is a good idea to delete the older version.
