EasyHILL issue Empty EasyHILL issue

Morning all, Need a little help here...

I've downloaded EasyHILL however I can't open it properly, as seen in the screenshot below, I get to the start screen but no further, I can click the help button which makes a noise but doesn't do anything...

Any suggestions as to what is wrong? I've tried deleting and re downloading but this didn't help.
