Trains tipping over again

Hey there I have downloaded the new updated BVE from odakyu fan.

And this has never had happened before but when looking outside at the spendid graphics The train tips over can some one shed some light please.

Simple things first: 
 - is the train running? 
 - If so, how fast? 
 - Does this happen if you look at the outside view while the train is at a standstill? 
 - How about if you have the AI running the train and look at the outside view? (The AI shouldn't crash.)

Its the third option like you said. looking outside while the train is stood still.

Had this problem on my laptop also; happens when the train model is of such a high level that not only the graphics but also the physics FPS drop, resulting in the train tipping over instead of just slightly rocking.
