Dear users,
Due to recent cases of spammers registering on our forums, the registration of new users is now allowed only after administrator's approval. This should help us get rid of automatic bots, which are sending annoying pm's around. Should you have anything to add / recommend, please do so here.

I agree with your post. Many forums do have this option where registered users have to wait for an approval. I didn't know the main reason until it came to this type of situation.
