Waterloo & City Line Waterloo to Bank & Return Empty Waterloo & City Line Waterloo to Bank & Return

As you know I have been developing the Waterloo & City Line from Waterloo to Bank and back. The first half is my own coding and the second is James Galbraith's. All permission from him sorted and I have now finished it. Hopefully by the end of the week it will be up for you to download of BVEUK.

The subsurface depot is not included but should come eventually in a second release.
