Hey, I have a big problem as the horn on my trains doesnt sound when I center the camera but when I move the camera down, I can only just hear it in the cab, but outside it plays the horns normally.

This could well be with the new sound adjustments that Michelle made before she went off. I only know very little but there are others who can explain. I understand your problem as I've had it myself before. I believe we all have the problem.

I don't think so; if it were a problem with the distant sound attenuation calculation, it would lead to heavy problems with existing cabs, but it doesn't, at least not for the quiet many I posess and use... Neither 2D nor 3D cabs. Neither cabs created directly for OpenBVE nor cabs from BVE2.

I would say the problem is the train itself, I haven't adjusted any of the sounds for my trains and they work normally in all versions of the sim. Who is the author of that train?

Did you change your audio settings, like put it in 5.1 Surround or something when you have only stereo speakers?

I mean, within Windows itself, are your settings correct, under Sounds?
