Found on Mar 3 build, happens only on trains without sound.cfg.

Small addition: Openbve tends to crash when detects some missing files (for example, when sound.cfg has horn files specified, but they aren't there)

Fixed the horn sound. (typo, as needed to move the things to using the API load method)
Only thing I could get to crash was three-part horn sounds with a missing loop sound, which I've also fixed. If anything else, I need specifics.

As a additional note, BVE2 trains with no sound.cfg (may) generate a few more errors now. This is expected, as all missing motor etc. sounds are now logged as opposed to being silently eaten.

Something I've noticed, but not tested: when a loop sound is mentioned in sound.cfg, but not found, one of the run sounds will be played at half speed faintly instead

Can't see how that would be happening, and can't reproduce at the minute either.

I think the loop sound when present is just covering some of the fade between the most recent and previous run sound & you're just noticing this.
