Some Questions

I have just returned to open BVE after about 3 or 4 years. Although I have successfully downloaded and installed 'Great Western' North London and Central Line routes and trains, I am having difficulties with 2 BVE projects, namely, Cornwall and Birmingham Cross Rail. With Cornwall, I have downloaded object, route, and sound files but cannot move them to add-on files because I get an error message 0x80004005 which will not permit me to move the downloaded files. Birmingham Cross rail lets me download 'package' file but I cannot open. If anyone can help I would be grateful.

My OS system is Windows 10.

One further query: I cannot access the 'Celtic Graymac' website which I used to be able to do!
