Proposal: Left and Right door open and close key sepalate for Japanese one-man-car

A Japanese user want to create real driver cab.
His plan of driver cab has each switch of Left-door open, Left-door close, Right-door open and Right-door close.
But now, Left-door open/close(Default F5) and Right-door open/close(Default F6) only.
Please add the commands to customize.
LEFT_DOOR_OPEN
LEFT_DOOR_CLOSE
RIGHT_DOOR_OPEN
RIGHT_DOOR_CLOSE

He want to create each  real door button for left, right, open and close.
He created real button as ATO.

Long time ago i have been modified the openbve code a bit to separate door opening from door closing however was hidden between my secrets

I'm agree with you but that translate into more keys. Per example is well know in countries in Subway systems such as Mexico, France  ,Chile and Venezuela there are "Master Door Close" button than closes train doors.

That Master Door Close button closes all doors without depending if those are left or right. It closses all with just one button.

OpenBVE should consider move some keys via Plugin because some countries haven't the same electronics device or "Train line logic".
