Brake pipe not vented completely in emergency braking Empty Brake pipe not vented completely in emergency braking

Emergency braking doesn't empty the brake pipe completely. I don't know of any brake systems with brake pipe isn't vented to atmosphere in emergency irl.

Apparently, has been a thing for a good while, probably since the oldest Openbve versions
