Trains with plugins lose power
In both 1.8.0.2 and Apr 25 build, if a train with a plugin has BVE4-standard train.dat (that has 8 power curves in #ACCELERATION with some set to 0 since these aren't used), it loses power and is unable to accelerate (motor sounds still work), here's an affected train sample https://www.dropbox.com/s/zq72sv8g1njki6j/T10-300.zip?dl=0

That one appears to work for me.
Have you got a routefile which demonstrates this at all?
Edit:
32-bit or 64-bit?
