Install error 5

When I was installing the newest version, this popped up:

I also noticed that OpenBVE.exe seemed to have been deleted.

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.

As OpenBve.exe is deleted it might be anti-virus related? My anti-virus program, i still use AVG, keeps moving OpenBve.exe to quarantine unless i add it to the exception list. This happens with other more obscure Train Sims i play also.

I'd also try running the installer as administrator.

Anti-virus wise, I'm not aware of anything that currently detects openBVE specifically.

AVG doesn't appear to here on a test box or Virustotal.
I'm guessing from that it's either heuristics or reputation based detection at play (not enough people using openBVE essentially), neither of which I can do much about
