New animated features for tracks, etc. Empty New animated features for tracks, etc.

I have been trying to figure out how to get an animated track switching and a animated A.I train moving and stopping at stations along the local track while the user is on the express tracks going express. I have not been able to figure out any of these. Can anyone help?
