Signals on Chashinai Railway

I have recently downloaded the latest version of Chashinai Railway but there seems to be a problem with the signals which are permanently at danger. I even left the train at the first signal for five minutes in case there was was some time delay on the signal change but after that it was still at red. I have checked to make sure the files are in the correct folders which, as far as I can see, they are. Has anyone else had this problem &, if so, how was it resolved?
