Racist brit imperialist!! A list of recent closed brit lines due to weather . . . . whitehaven to sellafield; malvern to hereford, and that's not counting the loads of housing estates built on flood plains all over England, which create misery for people every year. We have very few houses where flooding is common. The railway at Waterford is on the banks of the River Suir because it served a port when it was built. Ports have an odd habit of being near water.
