Hammerwich - Wood Green

Does anyone know how I can remove the Japanese signals from this route? (I presume they're Japanese - I've never been to their country). The signals are horizontal/vertical/diagonal 3 yellow light aspects. Can they be removed without causing a major international diplomatic incident......................?

Those 3-yellow-lights-in-a-line are repeaters BTW. Horizontal is like semaphore signals, and mean STOP. Diagonal means a warning aspect like yellow, and vertical is clear.
