Locomotive Start-Up Empty Locomotive Start-Up

When loading up most of the locos / DMUs / EMUs etc, the engine(s) are already running. Is there any way of configuring the loco so that you have to start the engine manually (keystroke 2). I fear this question might have been asked before, but I can't find it.

Cheers,

John

This is a parameter of the route file, not of the train file. To be more specific, it is a parameter of the stop command. Is quite vulnerable, BTW, to inducing problems; when jumping to a station, a conflict between the main program and the train plugin may happen, leading to a dead-lock; the start procedure is regarded as failed and can't be reset. I hadn't had such a case for a longer time, but I think it was a problem with the standard AWS plugin.

EDIT: Oh wait, I'm getting things mixed up again... What I was thinking about was the Route.Change option, which is about the safety system... But I remember having had problems as described above... I'll have to try and reproduce them.

It's a function implemented by the author of the train which the user cannot change playing the simulation.

In other words it depends on the ATS plugin (dll file) set in the extensions.cfg file and it's configuration file (name-of-the-dll-file.cfg). These files are inside the train folder.
