And the Irish sense of humour is more extreme, or at least diffrent than the English, sometimes. Example, I was once squeezing my way out of a busy pub in rural Ireland, and I sez to the feller next to me "I'm away then!"
He sez to me, "Thank Christ fer that, I was sick of looking at yez!"

Now, THAT would probably start a punch-up in a Brit pub, but it's part of the craic here.
