Function for proper 2-Shot Grade-Timed Signals. Empty Function for proper 2-Shot Grade-Timed Signals.

I am working on a project involving graded timed signals, and I'm wondering how to properly create 2-Shot Timers that communicate with each other to show a green aspect. When the train enters the timed section, I want the following signals to also count down and clear in tandem with the previous one.
