expose some controls command as animated variable

expose some controls command as animated variable
when i see control list for openbve i wonder can we set controls command as variable for animated files.
this idea came up because my other How to set the keyboard key for turn on/off lamp in statefunction formula ? (forumotion.com) is get implemented, if that controls command can why other not make for other command too ?
my idea if controls command can be set as variable maybe we can get interesting effect for animating object like translate and rotate.
my though if this works do animating pantograph dont need to use ats plugin.
maybe we can write like this if raising/lowering pantograph controls set as animated variable:
[object]
states = panto parts1.b3d
translateYdirection = 0, 1, 0
translateYfunction = if[RaisePanto =1, do this, otherwise do that]
it means if raise pantograph key is pressed run that function otherwise do other function.
