BVE5 sound tables not working in 1.8.2.3 Empty BVE5 sound tables not working in 1.8.2.3

I have tried to load motor sounds via the BVETS sound tables in the train.xml file, however the app crashes when the train is being loaded. This is what I have entered into a motor coach of the train, yet despite no syntax errors it crashes the game.

Code:

 <MotorCar>True</MotorCar>
 <SoundTable>
 <BVE5>
 <PowerFreq>MotorNoise\PowerFreq.txt</PowerFreq>
 <PowerVol>MotorNoise\PowerVol.txt</PowerVol>
 <BrakeFreq>MotorNoise\BrakeFreq.txt</BrakeFreq>
 <BrakeVol>MotorNoise\BrakeVol.txt</BrakeVol>
 </BVE5>
 </SoundTable>

Here is the crash log for one of the attempts

Code:
OpenBVE 1.8.2.2 Crash Log
Program is running on the Windows backend
Current screen resolution is: Windowed 1920px X 1080px

Current train is: C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\openBVE\LegacyContent\Train\cl314
The current routefile caused the following exception:

Any info would be appreciated!
