Localized train.txt (Different versions of train.txt depending on language)
My idea is to create a separated versions of train.txt in the train's folder, along with a specific naming scheme (e.g. train_zh-CN.txt) representing Simplified Chinese.
If OpenBVE cannot find the corresponding train description file for the user's language, the default train.txt will be used instead.
Though this is probably not high priority for now, and there are better suggestions to take care with.

I apologize for 'reviving' an old post, but please add this. This could make the add-ons adaptable to all languages (and also become more user-friendly). The idea of supporting multiple languages for an add-on is objectively good and should also be easy to add since it's just a text file...
