when downloading installer of 1.8.0.2 for windows the version name in about page and in mainprogram exe files tooltip is wrong.

version displayed in mainprogram about page is v1.7.544.641-VssAdministrator and when hovering cursor above openbve.exe or openbve-32.exe app version also displayed as v1.7.544.641 .

but archive/portable for windows and linux version has version name right.

This issue has been fixed.
The correct version name should be displayed in the next release.
