Contacting the team members

Hi everyone,

just an administrative note in regards to contacting the staff members. I have been receiving messages is various languages lately. While I am aware the vast majority of these will probably be spam (or even scam), some of these messages might be actual users asking for help (such as password recovery etc.). Please take into account that your messages / requests will NOT be addressed if they are not written in English. We are trying to be as much user friendly as possible, but that does unfortunately not give us the ability to understand every language on the planet.
