Raildriver and open bve Question??

Hi I've been a keen user of Bve for some time on and off. Really pleased as Programming is not my top subject.but I have open bve up and running and decided to purchase a Rail-Driver. On connecting it up and assigning all buttons and controls Open Bve to play underground. But what baffles me the controls only work with notches one at a time. Am I doing something wrong I am lost. I just can not get my head around it can any one help me. i can program if its put to me simple. kind regards for help!!  

Go to controls.
Remove the existing power / brake control or assign it to a key not on the RailDriver.
Now click the 'Add Control' button.
This will add a new blank control at the bottom of the list.

You'll want to add new controls for the following commands in the list:
POWER_HALFAXIS - Set to the power quadrant of the RailDriver's power / brake lever.
SINGLE_FULLAXIS - Set to the RailDriver's power / brake lever.
REVERSER_FULLAXIS - Set to the RailDriver's reverser lever.

Finally, use either:
BRAKE_HALFAXIS - Set to the brake quadrant of the Raildriver's power / brake lever.
Or:
BRAKE_FULLAXIS - Set to the RailDriver's auto or independant brake lever.

Play around with these, and I think you'll get it setup the way you want.
