OpenBve won't work

I've downloaded OpenBve neumerous times, along with various NYC routes I keep getting a massive amount of errors and it won't load. I'm not a computer guru but on the other hand not an idiot either. Is there a place where I can download NYC with everything as a whole ? I have windows 7. Is it a windows issue ? or a me issue ? Please help.

hi twinswin91. it sounds like not everything is in the right place, in openbve you should have a folder called railway and in this folder should be route,object and sound.make sure you put nyc route in the route folder,objects in the object folder and so on, try that if you have'nt already also make sure you have everything related to the openbve program.hope that helps.jack

Which version of openBVE are you downloading, and from where?

As above, it sounds very much like something isn't in the right place, but there are plenty of things that could be

Please post the contents of the log file:

Code:

%AppData%\openBVE\Settings\log.txt

(Access this by copying and pasting the above path into your Start\Run box)

This hopefully will tell us what openBVE thinks you're missing.
