Hello. Yes, it can be sorted out, it is a remainder of the BVE tolerance of transparent color, which openBVE does not have. Which version of the route do you have? It should be all sorted in the most recent release...

The Vranov route is one of the older versions, which was originally made for BVE 2/4. What are your PC specifications, Sir?

hi dexter, sorry i did'nt realise it was an old route. my computer specs are windows 7 - intel (R) core (TM) i5-330 cpu @ 3.00GHz, 321Mhz 4core.  8.00GB physical
memory. 15.8GB virtual memory. hope that helps.jack

With a core-i5 you should be able to run the newest version of the route (well, you have not mentioned your graphics device, but it should not be that bad). Please delete the Vranov era version of the route and try downloading objects, routes, and files from THIS SITE. Not only it should solve the transparency issue, it also contains more mileage and is graphically more advanced. Please report back if this worked for you and if everything is OK. Smile
