Openbve crashes on startup

This has started with the Feb 6 build.

I think this one is fixed with the build from today, although there is a *lot* going on in the background here.

Currently (Feb 10 build) doesn't crash, but some handle sounds are missing (at least on single-handle trains), with no errors to the log

Odd, maybe they're being re-initialised somewhere

Will take a look.

(A lot of the current work is moving stuff about to more sensible places in the new assembly. The handle sounds need to be a property of the handle itself, not of the car)

I *hate* undocumented behaviour, especially when it bites you....

Working back through what I'd done, it turns out that if the Increase Fast or Decrease Fast sound is not present, then the Increase or Decrease sound should be played in it's place.
I'll fix this and update the documentation.

Is that a BVE5 feature? Think it was a thing in it to simulate more hissing in older SMEE brake handles which produce more hissing when moving it quickly, useful thing

Presumably it's a BVE2 / BVE4 feature, either that or it's a long standing enough bug that we now need to replicate it.

Likely to be in BVE5 (the sound sets are essentially a clone of those from BVE4) although I haven't tested this specifically.
