When I try to open any route in OpenBVE or RouteViewer using OpenBVE 1.7.2.3 I get this error in a popup:

Error in OpenBVE 1.7.2.3: - No plugins capable of loading routefile Errorm10

Then the following message appears (in this case with the Bergbahn route, but could be any route):

No plugins capable of loading routefile C:\Alkalmazasok\Addons\Railway\Route\BERGBAHN\balandrau.csv were found.

From that point on, I'm not able to launch any route. 1.7.2.2 works fine.

I can't reproduce Sad

Tried both Windows 7 and Windows 10 and a Mac VM for good measure.

Initial silly questions:

  • Has your antivirus decided to quarantine anything?
  • Installer or ZIP? (I'm assuming not deb or dmg from the appearance of the error box)
  • If ZIP, are you sure you overwrote everything? (it *should* be OK either way, and there were no changes in the route plugin this build, but checking to make sure)

Sorry, false alarm, nothing wrong with 1.7.2.3. Microsoft Defender (or whatever that thing is called these days, it's Windows 10 20H2) quarantined \Data\Plugins\Route.CsvRw.dll because it thinks it includes Trojan:Win32/Emali.A!cl. It did the same thing to TrainEditor2.exe.

It's the zipped version, I always use that.
