Route.DisplaySpeed is only supported in oB 1.4.4 or above
Recently I've seen someone asking how to use mph by default instead of kmph
I looked up the documentation and I believe it is Route.DisplaySpeed
From my understanding to the docs, changing it to mph should be "Route.DisplaySpeed mph;0.621371"
But then I got an error(it's considered as an Information in Route Viewer) saying "Route.DisplaySpeed is only supported in OpenBVE Version v1.4.4.0 and above in line 5"
I was running v1.7.0.3 so it should be above v1.4.4.0(I am using Windows 10 1909)(I've also tried v1.6 and 1.7.1.3, doesn't work for me)
I've decided to give the same code to my friend and try on his computer, he got "Route.DisplaySpeed is expected to have two arguments", running OpenBVE V1.7.1.3 and Windows 10 1709.
Thanks.

Interesting
My original code here (no idea why!) here seems to have expected a comma as the argument separator.
Doing it that way worked, but I've fixed the code to accept either for the next release.
