Impossible to get UI fonts larger?

Is it possible to get the UI fonts larger(ingame HUD status displays)? These just looks terribly small on a screen with a higher resolution.

Edit the following file:
Data\In-Game\Default\Interface.cfg

Text-size may be set to one of the following variables:

0 (extra small), 1 (small), 2 (medium), 3 (large), 4 (extra large)

Customizing the interface is awesome! I think a option to let player select between a few convenient interface presets which works out different situations would be helpful, and of course, a more convenient way to adjust font size or additionally let it be able to match the DPI. Personally I think BVE Trainsim 5 provides a good example of font choosing.

Current built now has a small, medium and large option size.

The differentation between small & medium may need some work- Small is currently Michelle's 'slim' , which is essentially medium without the overlays.
At present, the ATS lamps are a constant size, but this could be changed.
