Problems trying to run a Hankyu Railway route

I recently decided to get back into BVE and downloaded the Hankyu Kyoto Line route and its corresponding train from here: http://koya.s101.xrea.com/bbve/hankyu/dl.html

When I tried to run it I got an error saying "The left or top coordinates are negative." and the error log had 600+ lines of problems as shown here: http://pastebin.com/CKPMCXWD

I'm not sure why it's unable to find some of these files and the coordinate error I've seen a solution to which I tried but it still persisted with that error. Is this route/train flat out incompatible with this version?

Try to run the installer with AppLocale first. That "EXEpress CX5" install system doesn't support Unicode and may cause file lost whilst extracting.

And, in the "基本パック ver 2.20" it looks like it does not have such a "Railway\Object\boya\" directory, but "Railway\Object\boya-hq" instead. Are you sure you downloaded the right one, or are you saying the old object pack down below that page?

I got it to work. Turns out the issue was probably with the object pack and also with the train...the train I was using was a 3300 series and I think that might have caused the coordinate problem. I'll check with the new object stuff and see.

Edit: Nope, the 3300 is still having that problem. The 7300 on the website works though.
