Merry Christmas everyone!
Hello everybody,
another year is almost over all of a sudden, leaving us with only a few days to think about if it was good or bad. No matter the bad things you have experienced this year, try to focus on the presence and future and make your life as good as it can be; not speaking about the financial part of, but mainly about the social and emotional ones.
To me, these will be my first Christmas in the married status; it is a whole new experience and I have decided to take advantage of it and spend this magical time with people I like. I could have gone to work, and I would probably have received good money for it (many of these days being public holidays here in the Czech republic), but there is nothing that can compensate for time spent with people you care about and who care about you. This era is odd, many people are running through their lives with a vision of getting money in a fast and easy way, some people even not hesitating to hurt (not only physically) others. It makes me somewhat sad, but the only thing I can do is not be like that.
Even in this strange time, we still have our forum, where people gather together and talk about things they like; mostly in a polite and decent way. Here is to thank to all of you for being such a nice bunch of guys to hang out with (virtually and literally ), I hope this will continue for a long time.
Let me wish all of you nice and peaceful Christmas, good use of time with people you like/love and let's hope we will make it through another year and meet here for the next New Year's wish. Also, I wish all of you all the best (health, luck, love...) to the new year and I promise I will try to do my best to keep this place nice and clean!

Re: Merry Christmas everyone!
Hi all,
It is Christmas morning here now and after a sweltering 37C yesterday followed by a typical Australian summer storm, thunder, lightening, hail and torrential rail it is now a much more comfortable 21C.
All my wife's and my family are coming to our place this year, so after a hard afternoon and evenings work all is in readiness for the hungry horde.
So it was a year that I rediscovered all things BVE and a mad place of change at work, so it is good to have some down time with the family. I hope all is well and the development for our sim continues for another year. We sadly lost one of our younger developers this year and it is my wish to save all that I can BVE wise so their hard work is not lost to us. All the routes, objects and rolling stock that we get to freely enjoy comes at both a financial and time cost to those that toil away in the wee hours. I take my hat of to those of you out in our Community that selflessly continue to produce content for the masses to enjoy.
Merry Christmas and be safe.
Stephen.

Re: Merry Christmas everyone!
A merry christmas to all of you, especially to our generous host! And greetings from my family's at Warsaw
Let's also not forget those collegues of mine all over the world, who work now, tomorrow, on the second day of Christmas or at New Years Eve. The same goes for fire men, for doctors, other medical personnel, electricity network personnel and many other people watching over our safe and calm holidays.
