Ben's departure
So as the title says, Ben Leahy has decided to leave the community.
No matter how much I regret this decision, he has every right to do so and hereby I would like to thank him for helping me with the forums and for all his contribution to development.
Best of luck in your professional and personal life, Ben.

Yes he did indeed (but privately). His account is deactivated now, so he cannnot defend himself from any poking. So please don't do that.
@viccy: I have two candidates for that, they will be approached during the week. We shal see whether they will be able to handle the responsibility.

Heck, he's only lived in Oxfordshire for a week and already the pure naked ambition to rule the world has gripped him. Don't think I'm picking; my mother was born in Oxfordshire and Viccyfan will have to pay the entrance fee if he ever decides to visit the house where she was born.

Everybody should pay that; being a mother is one of the most responsible tasks to do in life.

P.S.: Especially in some cases.
Re: Ben's departure
I feel it very sad that we loose a member of the community, Ben was one member in particular that helped spur my interest in OpenBVE again and to get my head into creating. Leaving us with some fantastic work as his legacy, it is a shame that we loose such a talented creator.
Kindest Regards,
Tom

Oh, yes, I know it. That big posh house up the road from the place that sounds the same as where they had the famous rock festival ROFL.

I think all what should have been said has already been said. Thanks for your opinions; looks like we have a good bunch of people here, who can express respect.
And at the end of the topic a message from my old fellow for all the mockers and pokers -

Ben's account has been reactivated in order to provide him an opportunity to respond to posts.
I expect NO MOCKERY or POKING, since the has not had anything to eat yet and is becoming hungry for warnings and bans. It has been said a few times how to behave.
