Field Diverts Empty Field Diverts

I'm sure its been asked before. And probably will be again. 
But some simulation of field diverts would be good. 
It would make driving a Diesel Electric more realistic, and any plug in to allow it, could be modified further to allow tap changers on AC Electrics etc too.
