BWR sky glitch

I noticed that the sky at Ballyfeckin in graymac's BWR route is... well, something's quite wrong with it, and I don't quite know how to explain it. See video.

I'd rather guess there's something wrong with the local installation. I've spent endless times on that route back in the day and have never experienced anything like that. Or it's something that happened with all the changes in the simulation, maybe post this in the bug section as well?

First, the obvious question-
Which exact openBVE version and BWR routefile are you using?

I recognise the glitch-
The skydome has failed to render, and the textures on everything else are bleeding into where it should be.
I can't reproduce though (and a 'default' blue texture should be applied to prevent this), so I'm a little baffled at the minute.

I'm using openBVE v. 1.7.0.3, and it happens on all route files at Ballyfeckin/Baile Feichin station.

This is definitely fixed in the current 1.7.1.3
