Uninstall Empty Uninstall

Random question; does uninstalling openBVE also delete LegacyContent? I'm re-installing some programs on my computer to free up space, and I am not about to unzip 9.5GB worth of add-ons a second time.

Hello,
I can only speak about Debian Linux.
When I uninstall OpenBVE I use the synaptic package manager  and it does remove the LegencyContent..
Which is why I keep content in a separate folder..  Of course it is a little pain..

I can not speak to what happens with windows..
