I'm liking the shelter and the ticket machines. May I edit these and use them in my route?

No problem, it should be simple enough to alter them to look a bit more 'Welsh' 

The ticket machine actually uses a photo of a Greater Anglia machine shamelessly pinched from Wikipedia but it's pretty generic.

I've got my own Arriva style ticket machine textures ready. The shelter only needs the blue to be changed to Arriva turquoise, and that's it I think. Most shelters on the route are the same brick structure, but Barry was overhauled, so it has a shelter that looks just like this one.
