Thought that one was lost forever, if you get permission to upload it, let us know where!
That said, my advise, if you have no luck contacting the original developers would be to upload it, acknowledging the original developers as I have done with bve file converter. Slightly naughty yes, but I'm sure when developers move on from BVE they won't have any issue with their old work being made available.

This was built by Richard Helliewell.
It was withdrawn in ~2011 as a result of some of the issues which long-term members will be well aware of.
With this in mind, please do not post the route without prior communication / permission.
He was about relatively recently (this year) on RailUK, so hasn't vanished completely.
I'll reach out myself, but in the meantime I'm going to lock this thread due to the above.

BVE London Tube aren't actually anything to do with us directly....

Small word of warning:
This calls for a bunch of objects from the v3 of the Northern Line route.
V4 was the version most recently available, which was from Trainsimstuff.
Let me do a little investigating, but I think I can drop suitable replacements for most of those in from either the NWM public domain stuff or my own resources.
