Hello all,
Looks like there was a problem with user account activations that has slipped through my fingers and went u noticed for some time. All user accounts found in "inactive state" have now been activated.
The problem is under investigation.

The issues has been found and resolved, unfortunately it looks like I caused this error by accidentaly switching one setting.
Well, at least it is fixed now...
