Station Distance & Speed Limits Empty Station Distance & Speed Limits

Is it possible change any settings so that the distance to the next station is shown, sometimes you have random stops in routes that I had no idea were there. Also could the same be done with speed limits? I'd learn the routes, but I don't have much patience.

I don't know about other authors, but in my route, the train driver is being notified he is approaching the station. It is pretty much dependent on the author of the route...

There is a version available for download. However, it is not like you are being told "next station in x meters". I am using realistic signs. :-) You can try to download from HERE and then ask questions whenever needed. :-)

It's entirely down to the route developer if any warnings are made to appear in advance of stopping stations, speed restrictions etc. I've done it in the past with some of the Ballyfeckin routes. Although I "randomise" things like "passing trains" to appear in different places I don't do it to stops. All mine are shown in the timetable ctrl+T) to be fair to the player.
I tend to take the opinion that the driver should learn the road and not need the "autocue" to perform the job properly . So no cues or clues with Kilmagranny Crying or Very sad .

@graymac: Well, on real life Czech routes you will find signs - announcers telling you there will be a station / maximum speed decrease after traveling certain distance. That is what I am using as well. :-)
