Can you make the AI switch itself off
Hi there,
When I drive the Victoria line on BVE, I use the AI mode to provide ATO. But one thing what really annoys me is that you have to keep turning it off so that you can open the doors. Is there anyway that the AI mode can turn off at a specific point, or make it so that it does not open the doors? Thanks.

The AI either drives the train, or it does not. It isn't a programmable option in the route file, it is purely and simply user selected with the Ctl+A keys.
Whether a specific train uses automatic or manual doors is a function of the DoorOpenMode and DoorCloseMode in the [DEVICE] space ofthe train.dat file. Options are:
0 (default) Doors are opened automatically but can be prematurely opened manually.
1 Doors are opened automatically. Manual override is not possible.
2 Doors can only be opened manually
Same setup for close mode.
See documentation for developers for full description of the train files.
