I'm posting a score of 744 out of 1100 with a Class 108 from Kentish Town to Barking in driving rain and frequent thunderstorms, no passengers were discomforted. Anybody beat that??

Cheers,

John

Hi John,

Err no I can't, though I do really enjoy driving along this route. A rarity for me as I have now driven end to end half a dozen times. When I checked the last run I had no penalties for discomfort but only scored 110 as I had sped for four times in particular for a lot of minuses. I need to see where the speed limit is 45mph as I obviously got it wrong on more than one occasion. The mix of semaphores, vacuum braked stock and changing gears makes it all the more fun to drive along this route.

It is a gem of a route and I will hopefully get some time Monday night to go for another run.

Bye for now,

Stephen.

Hi Stephen - my first "go" was worse than yours, but like everything else in life, it all takes practice. But fun it all is, definitely.

Cheers,

John
