I am relieved that the community in spite of Michelle's dictatorship has survived.
I am also glad that the program is still being developed.

As you may or may not of been aware, the original plan with Dan Floyd's route was to have an Extension to Liverpool Street. Dan dropped out of bve but the other section is still being made and in terms of construction is reaching the halfway mark. The 92 stock train has also recieved an overhaul and is looking and sounding more real than ever! I have uploaded a video to my youtube channel and you can find a small preview of the. New train and route, a demo should hopefully be available by at least the end of the year perhaps before.

Without neglecting there is some criticism against the one or other thing Michelle did; on this board, we're, over all, grateful to Michelle for all she did in all those years, putting up a breathtaking program in a breath-taking time. Just saying.

We have both positive and negative experience and I think it has both been very well summarized already. Should anyone be interested in reading all that stuff, start a search, find the topic. Herein I would suggest to rather concentrate on the work being made, since it looks like a quality stuff.

Sorry I think you misunderstand. I think Michelle's program is brilliant, I just didn't care for how she ran her forums. Anyway like I said I am glad a forum still exists.

Do you mind me asking who are the "joint three" making this new route?

You probably won't know them as they haven't done anything for bve before. They aren't members of this forum either. It is split between the 3 of us because we can all do our sections as each of us are better at certain aspects of coding, and the fact we can concentrate on our strong points it gets done a lot quicker.

Yes it will have a working ato plugin. Well actually the ato does work, it's just a matter of getting it to work like the real atp.

Beacon 36 tells the train to slow down before a station.

How far away must it be placed?

Train is sent into B5, so depends on train/route. I'd say 100 to 250m away...

That doesn't sound like a proper ATO to me...
