Anyone ever used Chrome?
I'd say there's a problem when using Chrome on this forum. Every time I post/reply a message the textbox moves down when the mouse hovers a tool button.
Nobody ever met this problem?

I was using Chrome a while ago (so it might have been different version that time) and I had not experienced the described event. Anyway, after being shown some diagrams of data transfer using Chrome, I have unistalled it immediately- It just sends out much more than you would want... without letting you know.

Perhaps you can use SRWare Iron instead.
And this is what I get:

Funny enough... unfortunately I don't have Chrome installed - on Mozilla, Opera, IE and Safari it is OK... therefore I assume it it some bug either in Chrome, or your system.
Re: Anyone ever used Chrome?

Haha, in that case I am sorry, but I will have to recommend a different browser...
Re: Anyone ever used Chrome?
I think Chrome's the best. IE's rubbish, Firefox is slow (it takes more than 5 seconds to start), Safari is rubbish apple, Opera is... ?

1) Firefox
2) Safari
and sod the rest, I only use 'em to see if they mangle my websites. Microsoft's godawful browser is the worst. Yeuch!!!

Opera... Dunno, some love it, I never really got friendly with it. My FireFox is fast and reliable. Some probs occur sometimes as I use the Aurora release channel (that is alpha versions in Mozilla-language) but they are unfailingly sorted out before a version comes into the official release channel.

Always Firefox, no need to use another browser as far as I'm concerned...

Sorry, but be honest, using Chrome is literally like opening the door of your bedroom (not only) to your neighbor...

We've invented Chromium for that. (Open-source/free software Chrome)Bucket_of_mud wrote:Sorry, but be honest, using Chrome is literally like opening the door of your bedroom (not only) to your neighbor...
