viccylinefan is moving!
Yes folks, i'm moving house, 2 weeks today!
So, just a few things to say:
1. Any projects (The Tattenham corner branch for Railworks), will be ON HOLD.
2. I won't be on much during half term, and the following week, because of packing, and no internet, until Dad can buy it!
3. My email will change, because i'm moving to a diffrent provider for email (BT), my profile email will be updated ASAP when the email is sorted out.
4. Just cope without my sense of humor for 2 weeks!
The place i'm moving to, will be nearer to my school. It's also 45 mins from Milton Keynes! (Also a great chance for new trains! ).

LOL So that would be somewhere between Leicester,Watford, Oxford and Bedford. I used to reckon on reaching Nottingham one hour after leaving M1 J14.
Good luck with the moving and don't forget to pack the kettle, milk, coffee, tea and mugs somewhere easy to find when you get there. It's easier to unpack with a hot drink inside you.

Re: viccylinefan is moving!
That certainly proved true, when working this morning... -7oC when I got to work at 5am, and unloading a delivery of food, and then into the walk-in freezer thats at -22oC with 2 huge fans blowing at you... To say I was cold when I finished is an understatement. Was supposed to work in the kitchen after, but even the store manager said to go home, so I dont get ill...92220 wrote:It's easier to unpack with a hot drink inside you.

The temperature at Cranfield Aerodrome is currently reporting -3C, it being half past Midday. I bet it's warmer in Croydon.

Apparently there are trains from CMK direct to South Croydon, but today they are canceled due to a derailed train.
Oh and the wind-chill factor right now is -6C.

While you're being so nit-picky, is "The Tattenham corner branch for Railworks" on topic for BVE Worldwide?
I don't think so!
Anyway, when you come north, the big green things at the side of the road/railway are called fields, the white woolly things with a leg on each corner are called sheep, the black, brown and white hairy things with a leg on each corner are called cattle, and the tall brown structures which go green in summer are called trees.

Best wishes for your new home. Don't believe anything you've heard about Milton Keynes.*

I'll have you know that Milton Keynes is the exact centre of the known universe, has a Peace Pagoda that was responsible for ending the cold war, and is nowhere anything as big a dump as Ashford is. Plus MK trains are far better than Ashford trains. It's the herd of concrete cows that are a lie; there are actually two herds

Viccyline. Just remember MK, is still close enough, to have Man United supporters roaming around!

Re: viccylinefan is moving!
Viccyline I kid you not. As wherever you are, light is entering your eyes at a constant speed from all directions, you must be at the centre of the known universe; the Buddhist Monks down at Willen Lake Temple will tell you about the Peace Pagoda and the cold war; one herd of concrete cows is next to the railway between CMK and Wolverton, and the other is inside the City Centre by the old oak tree at the western end of Midsummer Boulevard.
Pedned, it's those MK Dons supporters from the Wimbledon area that are the ones roaming about. They're all kept down Bletchley way and easily avoided.
